How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Taverity in either of the following ways:

  • On our website: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website at taverity.com.
  • By text message (START keyword): By texting START to (385) 433-4179.

By opting in through either method, you provide your express consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Taverity for account notifications (for example: security alerts, account activity notices, and service-related updates). We do not use this number to send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt Out (STOP Keyword) and Get Help (HELP Keyword)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one (1) final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and that no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@taverity.com.

Consent Not Required

Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchase or as a condition of using Taverity's services.

Consent Records and Retention

We maintain records of SMS consent and opt-in/opt-out activity for compliance purposes. These records may include your phone number, the date/time of your opt-in and opt-out, the keyword used (e.g., START/STOP), and other identifiers associated with your account or the consent event. We retain these records as long as necessary to operate the program, comply with law and industry guidelines, and resolve disputes.

No Sale/Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent is specific to Taverity and this account-notifications program.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do allow Service Providers to use Your personal information for the business purposes described in Our Privacy Policy, for activities such as advertising, marketing, and analytics.

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of Your personal information. Once We receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request from You, we will stop selling Your personal information. To exercise Your right to opt-out, please contact Us.
